You now know why Dell got into the printer side of business, ink carts, very profitable...Okay, you can not get a dell brand cartridge in any retail store...

i have checked all of my plugs as well...it acts like its printing, and goes all the way through but then there is no ink on it...i downloaded the drivers from dell.com and its still not working...
