I've been reading through this news group to see if I could solve this...First of all my computer is a DELL 9150 with Dual Core Pentium D820...what the DELL dual TV tuner card is...

Just replaced the hard drive to Desktar 160gb SATA; however the computer does not POST...I have checked to see all the cables are in place, which they are...The computer does not beep and the screen is just blinking; thus no BIOS or DELL screen...

I would say that it is a really good household and work computer with very little problems to complain about...Iwould not hesitate to recommend this computer to you but I dont know if they make it anymore...
