Another consideration - Are the printer and the image in the same color space sRGB (Ia, IIIa), Adobe RGB...It turns out I had changed the color setting to 2 steps lower on the printer thinking it was lighter darker...Are you using an appropriate paper for the printer...

It also has an easy to use troubleshooting facility, that if a problem does occur can take through simple steps to correct the problem...It has a good output quality, the most normal fonts like arial, times new roman and others are easily readable and it is very good for printing graphics...It advises when and what it is printing/scanning/copying...
