We just had a chance to go hands-on with the freshly announced Dell Mini 10v...Overall, if you’re cash strapped, there’s not a lot of sacrifice...The one thing that makes the 10v superior to the 10 is the Intel GMA950 and the atom n270...While the GMA500 (actually designed by SiS) is even worse it was never intended to offer good 3D performance...

that and you'd have to fill the newly created void with something...the covers don't look like much, but unless tampered with, if you go to hit it with a sledgehammer, the hammer will bounce back at you...but i don't really have anything precise out to measure it...
