It was OK while it lasted Dell's lack of Customer Compassion I had this PC for 13 months...it overheated causing the monitor and mother board to fry! All that their CS could tell me was...it is out of warranty" NO Compassion for my problem...not a good option oif you want to play HD content DELL has elimated the option of addiing a blu-ray drive for the studio xps...

quality components- better graphics card, better WiFi, since I hear 5100 has problems, and 2 yr warranty...excessive heat (90-100 degF) but w/ quiet fan, can be heavy at 6.4-7.2 lbs...looks good, adavntage of extra remote that slides into a slot, not too heavy (6.34-6.8 lbs) and about $200 less...
