Like the way it searches for inputs when I switch from TV to DVD...Have not had to use customer support yet, but I have a Dell desktop and laptop & have always been extremely pleased with their support response...The 42-inch Dell W4200 HD Plasma TV delivers very good image quality at a very competitive price...
