Since...I dont't have any complaitns, it looks realy good although, the ipod input isnt good enough...My purchase of this product was based on the overall postive reviews this item received...The light on my stereo stopped working so I can't see track numbers, radio stations or the time...
My new unit,replacing the Dual 6820, pulls in many more stations clearly...I repeat - This Dual 6820 is the worst unit I've ever owned...my oder was not completed for that dualXDM6820 AM MISSING THE MOUNTING SLEEVE i tried to contact the manifactor but it was useless it did not get no comferm reply...
The shop owner said he’s seen more Dual units go bad than any other brand...Rather than wait around for another possibly bad unit, I bought a different brand that did work, for twice the price; fortunately he took pity on me and didn’t charge me for two different installations...This product is as good as advertised by other purchasers...
