I think the F30 has got full manuel control too, but no wide angle (s5600 neither...Not full manual, but the F30 does give you direct control over aperture and shutter speed - just not both at the same time...Up to a point you can use the shutter speed to compensate and the one more good thing is that you've got a constant aperture all along the telephoto...ISO 1600 is good for smaller...
