i had this problem BEFORE...the way i will tell you will work %90 first of all if you can remove the ram memory DO IT SO if you cant try without removing FIRST...it didnt work in normal mode(only save mode) so i did the start up repair, that didnt work...

i`ve done every frickin thing serato suggest and nothing has solved the problem...i also talked to one of the serato techs and he had no answers...Know that some Vista machines simply can't run the buffer at the lowest settings without getting dropouts...
