contacting HP support is worthless unless you want to throw good money after bad...It had some minor but irritating problems -- too big, no menu light, bad design for paper tray...Like anything else that gets a review, some are good and others are not...

My HP m1522nf freezes from time to time and seems to be happening more frequently...From what I have recently read, I think it may be a bad formatter board issue that looks to be a common problem...
