HP R817 SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING

Wondering if anyone owns a R817 camera, or has enough user experience to have possibly seen an issue with the live LCD image being very grainy in low or moderate lighting conditions...I purchased the R817 for a very good price and am generally quite happy with it...Wonder if anyone has any experience with this issue or know of other R817 owners to help verify if this exists on...

I have hp r817 camera about 9 month, and i have been taken more than 10k photos :shock: and now my camera numbering pictures again from 0001...the file naming is HPIMxxxx.jpg so it can only number from 0001 to 9999 before it resets back to 0001 again...It's hard to sort my our photos :sad...
