I have a brand new iPAQ hx2495 and yesterday I decided to connect it to my laptop using the cradle and USB connection...More searching of the 'net and I decided to see if ZoneAlarm was causing the problems...The HP website has so far been zero help so hopefully someone here can at least point me in the right direction...

The original model was launched in early 2005 IIRC, and the 2495 was issued when WM5 was launched...please also reply and tell me why you think what you thought......The 2495 is actually based on a WM2003SE model, with slightly upgraded hardware...
