This phone replaced an Siemens SX 66, and it is the best...I took out the batterry, simm card, and memory card, drained the excess water out, placed the phone in my 100 degree oven for 15 minutes, took it out, replaced everything, fired it up...Cudo's to HTC for making a great "waterproof"phone...

I am facing unique problem that letter O gets pressed and operated even when phone is locked or not operated...Using it since nearly a year...no problems but now the power key is spoilt and service in Mumbai is very bad...Their dealer handles the service and am notconsidering him to be a good guy...

very little memory but if you add a memory card and clear you internet files every once in a while, your memory should last a while...I would Highly recommend this phone...The web I recorded a mean of 20kb per sec that's good for a pocket PC...
