Both the F and FE are for the focal plane shutter camera such as the 205TCC, 205FCC, 203FE, 202FA and 201F...The 205TCC is also so compact and light weight...The 205TCC modified can now use all of these FE and CFE lens...
I have been battling with the CFV for a few weeks now...I previously used a Contax 645 with Kodak Pro Back with great results and I thought that since the chip in the CFV was also made by Kodak it would give the same sort of results...Well, the dynamic range is better but the colour processing in camera is nowhere near as good as Kodak...I think much of the problem is in the white balance...
Has anybody tried to use the CFV digital back with the PME90 View Finder...If the CFV is similar to the Phase One, then there is a good chance that it will fit...The alternative is to use the older discontinued HC3-70 or the RM-2...
They had a Imacon 132 digital back...You will not be disappointed with the CFV back...I put that onto my Hasselblad V system camera with the 150mm CF lens via an adapter...
Both are really good and maybe my choice for my future purchase (Aptus 65) but the only thing very annoying is the scrolling speed when you need to check or even zoom ; it's really slow but very friendly using...Leaf prices are good too compare to Hasselblad but we are talking about expensive stuff...1.7 fps for 39MP is not so bad I think exactly like the Phase One P45, 39Mp as well, RAW...
