This doesn’t sound so bad, except I use the upholstery wand often on little tough spots when needed...You then unplug it when finished to use the cleaner as an upright hoover...It’s not convenient to clean an area, notice a slight spot, attach the wand, scrub, take the wand off, and continue - but overall the cleaning is superior...
