Image stabilisation works very well up to about 20x with me, after that I have to help it by keeping camera steady, but at that zoom size it's very good...Overall I'm very pleased with this cam...I have had this camera for around a year so it is quite out of date now however this is a good camera for anyone who is looking at a cheap camera which will have all of the basic facilities...
