There's a kind o' cool utility on the site where you can compare 2 different Kenwood products straight up...The 3080 is there, but not the 2080...I looked at it briefly and did a broad view of their receivers but did not see the 2080 as a current product...

The best part is the LCD remote is cool as hell! Overall considering price with DTS and DD it is a good little unit, but week amps and average processing I can only give it a 7...Have watched several movies (recommend train scene in "Switchback") in Dolby Digital and have been extremely impressed...I bought this model as a floor demo as well from The Good Guys...
