Well, I bought this coffee maker around 3 years ago and I got some good use out of it but it just stopped working a couple of months ago...We bought this coffee maker 2 years ago and it is still working great! Highly recommend it! Great price and great coffee! My husband used to work at Starbucks back in the day as a college student and has no complaints about this coffee maker...I would not recommend...
The thing that really and truly is disappointing is the glassware...I have a previous generation Krups 985 machine...Pass this model up, or try it and return it...
