It's frozen maybe once or twice over 6 months so its not bad at all...this was a good phone at first then some kind of downloading thing came up with a red screen then finally disappared...The camera is as good as any base-model cam out there, and has produced some nice photos for me...

If it was purchased brand new and you can obtain the receipt then you should be able to exchange it...Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you are correct, there is not a replacement antenna...Got a LG AX 490 as a gift it had a missing antenna(that goes on the right side top part of the cell phone...

Don't get me wrong, this isn't a bad phone by any means...Sound clarity is good and the screens are good, although the inside one has to be viewed from just the perfect angle to be readable, which gets annoying...the AX490 is a messenging phone through and through, and as a reliable messenging phone, it does a good enough job...
