I'm considering purchasing the Harmony520 Universal Remote...I bought a Logitech520 today and am taking it back tomorrow...The Logitech520 doesn't have this versatility...
Don't know if it's a one time use or not though...Much more tactile, and having 8 higher res soft buttons makes a huge difference...I have no experience with this model, so I don't know if that's a good deal...
I wish I had done this before the remote on our DVD/VCR combo broke, because there's a few buttons it had that the other all-in-ones don't seem to reproduce out of the box...Ya, hopefully their DB is good...LogitechHarmony520 – Scattered...
I have a hauppauge pvr-150 and I use the ir blaster from the firefly mini...I may be a little picky about my system, but I want to have it so that as soon as I hit left, it switches to the next menu item on the left, or as soon as i hit select I want it to do that...I'm guessing it has something to do with the learning commands...
I don't know your set up, but do you know if the 520 will be able to control the IR blaster...On this remote, the 520, they've somewhat addressed the 880's lack of button differentiation, but it still uses the odd shuttle control arrangement of the 880 and a limited adaptation of the "ring of buttons...There are some things I do like...
