LOWRANCE 3300C SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING

All posts express the views of the author of the post, and not those of Florida Sportsman, or InterMedia Outdoors LLC...I have a very good friend that has a 3300c and he likes it a lot and I have been out with him and it is a great unit...Is that what you are referring to as the sonar...
my.boatus.com
I recently purchased and had professionally installed a Lowrance 3300c...I have had my 3300C for 4 months ,it drops out intermittenly ,Lowrance have replaced the anttenna, leads and now the head unit and still I have the same problem...

I also have disconected everything from the battery...We had about 19 miles to run back home and the seas were kicking up...Needless, to say I have not had GPS all the way back...

So I knew my main chord connection was no good...If it comes on and your antennae is connected and power is good and "won't load' (the start-up bar at bottom of screen), your CPU (brain) is cooked...I did the recommended volt meter testing from the lowrance website...

THE HULL TRUTH is the world's largest FREE network for the discussion of Boating & Fishing...There is no work around to the issue that I know of...I'll be looking to upgrade to something that can do that feature...
