You are getting multiple reflections as the pulse bounces between the bottom of the boat and the bay bottom which confuses the processor...LCX-111C Lowrance Sonar Issues - 2CoolFishing...Slowing down the scroll speed leaves more time betweeen sonar pulses which eliminates the problem...
