LOWRANCE LCX-28 SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING

Anyone want to trade a day of fishing for showing me all about the LCX-28c HD...I upgraded my LMS 160 to the 28C HD last fall...If you never have an issue and can get the fishfinder dialed in I think you will be very happy with everything about the 28C...

I usually end up resetting them back to factory defaults, but even the defaults aren't that good...I'm interested in how other LCX-28C owners have their's setup...

Just got the transducer (THST-DFBL dual frequency) and GPS Receiver shipped to me - still waiting on LCX display...I live in Hammond, La - can anyone recommend someone to install this transducer for me...Also, since the LCX-28 is newly released - can anyone confirm that this is the right bronze thru-hull transducer for the LCX-28...

Whether you're researching a new boat, or are a seasoned Captain, you'll find The Hull Truth Boating & Fishing Message Forum contains a wealth of information from Boaters and Sportfishermen around the world...With HDS coming out I have been noticing some steals for these units but I have come up short finding any real reviews or feed back on the last 3 LCX units...Lowrance...

My name is Mike Knifong and I've had nothing but problems w/ my Lowrance...So you could have one GPS display up front and the LCX-28c unit mounted in the rear for fishing, both connected to the network cable...Or you could have the sonar sensor and an extra power cable wired to the rear...I love my LCX-28c when it works and my new one that Lowrance finally exchanged...
