I just bought a used Magellan Explorist 200 and discovered that not only am I unable to connect to a computer...You might want to print this handy reference manual for your review...For your future reference, this information was found by typing this: "entering coordinates magellan 200" into the Google.com search page...

It does bite that the eXplorist 200 doesn't have that feature...But overall for the price its a great GPS, for all you geocachers it would work great, I did use it for hiking to and it did a little better then my eTrex...

The Magellan eXplorist 200 is the new simple operation handheld GPS from Magellan, featuring a 14 Channel WAAS receiver for up to 10 foot accuracy...If you are interested in geocaching or using it while hunting or hiking the eXplorist 200 will let you know your location...

The next thing I have here is the GPS eXplorist, eXplorist 200...But this is the 200, and I recommend it heavily...Meeting your more advanced navigational needs, eXplorist 200 features TrueFix technology, an 8 MB built-in background map plus the ability to save up to 5 track log files, 500 points of interest and 20 routes...

I did have to test the shockproof and water proof claims though...Entering cache positions before you go out is easy, and it allows you to enter comments about each position you save...Good basic unit that has never let me down...
