I'm not sure the EasyGPS was intended for this purpose, but any help would be appreciated...The unit has both an SD card and a USB connection...I don't see the Magellan 4040 in the GPS list for EasyGPS...

I don't like it as much as my girlfriend's Magellan for directions...Clover leafs are a good example, the Magellan tells you to exit right and then stay left, it doesn't make a lot of sense until you see what the road is doing...I've come to the conclusion that a GPS is better if you have no idea how to get some place...

Glenn-- Well as my luck would have it, I got fed up with Magellan support Friday so after checking for the firmware update which was NOT their at the time I took my 4040 back to the Dealer and exchanged it for the 4250...Why did I stay with Magellan, well Garmen and TomTom units were sold out and I did like the features and presentation of the 4040 & 4250 plus the exchange...
