MIO C310 SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING
www.engadget.com
I was actually consisdering to buy c710, up scale version of c310...If you look at good GPS unit, they will advertise that it has 6-7 millions POI...In case of c310 or c710, I am not sure if this is the cases - it only says 1000s...

I think you guys all have a good case for some serious complaining to get it for that $150 price if you had an order in the system...They obviously knew more were coming and to cancel your orders for out of stock when they knew stock was coming, I think that's bad...The C310x continues to use the same underlying Tele Atlas map database (not quite as good as the NAVTEQ; but getting better...

I have a Mio C310 with Destinator 7 running...Where I download destinator version for my Mio c310...I loaded Destinator 7 on my 310x and it seems to work (search for Mexico maps on this website for the link...

We received the news (and the test unit) that the Mio C310 ( read review ) got a software update and now uses the same mapping application than the sexy Mio H610 ( read review ) thus solving the H610 weak point: the small display (2.2...I have been told that all Mio C310 models currently sold have the new software and we verified by checking a unit freshly ordered...

Mine is C310s model, same as yours, brought from Costco...I found C310s model is faster than C310sx model when pickup satellite signals...Upper is C310sx, lower is C310s...If you have have detinator C310S you should unlock and use mio 3.2 the map is better...
