I would like to connect to the internet via my bluetooth equipped mobile phone, but as far as I can see the built-in stack support the hands-free and headset(?) services only...Are there DLLs missing from the WindowsCE version running on the Mio...I don't know exactly where the "treasury chest" is...

After you recieved the shipment, you can take it to the store to apply the 12off...Oh, yeah, and so far all C310x models have come with the car charger and the wall charger...The box does not mention the wall charger, and one (perhaps clueless) CSR at Mio gave the impression to someone who e-mailed them that the C310x does not come with a wall charger, but so far every one I have...
