For once, technology that truly simplifies your life...Out of the box, the sound is very good, however it needs help with bass sounds...I have owned Mitsubishi products in the past and have not had a bad experience yet...

When the first flat screen TVs came out they either had no speakers or speakers so bad you had to invest in a home audio system...I have also been playing NCAA Football 09 and Battlefield: Bad Company Gold Edition and the picture and SOUND have been a true joy...As a result this unit does represent a much better overall value than the low priced HDTVs...
