Back on Dec 30th 2007, i contacted mitsubishi Consumer Service level 1 and got no help...Mitsubishi Consumer Relations continues to not return calls, stall, and not provide an answer to how they plan to help a customer who spent $3,469 on a DLP wd-52725...This is a bad purchase experience...

My local salesperson (at Ken Cranes in Sherman Oaks, CA) recommends the Mitsubishi 52" WD-52725 DLP...Well I had the Mit WD-52725 delivered last weekend...Overall, I am pleased, but I'm not sure the picture is too much better than my girlfriend's Mit, which is a lower end HD...
