The 2100 will be out this fall...Well I tested the 2100 along with a Magellan 2000 snd the maegllan stayed on the proper course while the navigon 2100 made me get off main roads, take little side streets and then get back on the main road about 10 minutes out of the way...

On another note, I just updated a Navigon 2100 to v6.5.2, build 56 (the site calls this Release 1.1) which was downloaded from the Navigon site today and all is working well...o Revamped POI proximity searches provide improved ability to search for a POI near an entered address or destination...Not quite as good as the $100 with traffic price on Black Friday, but then I didn't...

Since it seems to work well for you, it was probably a good choice...Not for caching, but for driving it's not bad for $150...For caching, I have a Garmin Legend Cx, which also is good for trips if you don't need spoken directions and don't mind a small screen...

After reading a lot of reviews on this unit (good and bad) I decided to go for it as the price @ £99 pounds at Halfords seemed to be a good deal...I have to say that this new 2100 max is streets ahead of what I have previously used...The voice has good volume, so much so I could still hear it at 70mph in my van with the window half down...
