The beta and review 7100 devices, and perhaps some early production, did have less responsive screens...I have short fingernails and this works for me on the 7100, even inside of WinCE which has considerably smaller areas you must touch...The 7100 bluetooth while fairly good in terms of sound quality, is severely hobbled by hinky implementation and other problems...1) turnign the...

One of the long time posters at gpspassion has come to the conclusion that all the algorithms were written in kilometers (nothing wrong with that) but that when the equations were transfered to miles some were left in kilometers...That is why the 7100 keeps pushing users highways...

The waypoints can be useful. There are enough of them, including Zagat restaurants, as well as every McDonalds...The 3D routing, which includes the lanes you should be driving in, and the Reality View feature, which shows highway signs as they appear on the road are very useful as well...All in all, this is a great GPS at a great price...

The NAVIGON 7100 Automobile Navigator is a real gem among navigation systems...I previously owned the Garmin Nuvi 370 and purchased the Navigon 7100 after my Garmin was stolen...I would definitely recommend purchasing this item...

This GPS fails to represent the road condition of the traffic properly...I can write good things about this unit too such as the external design and the suction cup holder...Let me pinpoint that it's not as good as you may think for the following reasons...
