NIKON D70S SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING
forum.lowyat.net
The color outcome is differ a lot when a photo taken...From what i heard from the person, he recommend me 350D due to the DIGICII processor that canon possessed rather than the D70S...cant really live without a camera for 5 whole months...

If you can wait the D70s is supposed to be updated in 5 days or so then you can better compare your choices...In your for sale thread you say you're getting a D200, then you ask about the Sony Alpha, and now you're onto the D70s and the 20D...I use the 30D and love it, and I have also used a 20D and liked it as well...

I have an Olympus C5050 that I asked about here a few months ago -- earlier this summer...I have a Nikon N70 w/ 35-80mm lens that I was going to sell along with the Olympus and then buy a Nikon D70s...I have a 70-300mm Tamron from the N70 that would've been great to have with the new D70s...the camera body isn't going to matter because you could take good pictures...

I understand your problem - the nikon feels so good, but the canon has the numbers in its corner...I am sure you have visited many websites already, but photonotes.org has some good notes, especially on canon lenses...it has some good reviews from photography enthusiasts about lots of cameras, as well as a great pro review of the sony alpha 100...

The D50, D70 and D70s all have something very important that the D40,40x, and D60 don't have...Assuming that your 'new' camera is in good condition then it should be a good buy...
