NIKON P1 SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING

If WinXP was not logged in to, or if logged in as some non-admin user, P1 could not upload via wireless...however when I plug this in it states that it has found a nikon P1 but will not do anything else from there, the software Nikon provide will not detectit at even just to a do a usb transfer...

The wireless is pretty cool but it's harder to set up than I'd like...The Ricoh seems to be a good solution, but it's a GPS PCMCIA card that plugs in the bottom of the unit and the camera is only 3.0MP...I haven't really seen any good GPS/camera solutions out there...

I recommend this Nikon camera...Using IEEE 802.11b and 802.11g technology, the COOLPIX P1 comes fully equipped for wireless communication either direct to PC or direct to printer...This camera would be great for someone who likes to take pictures and is good at photography...There are many reasons I chose the P1 from Nikon...

Today Nikon introduced two new cameras: the Coolpix P1 and P2...You can pick up the 8 mega-pixel P1 for about $550 or the 5 mega-pixel P2 for about $400...With a competitive price for a camera with these features, the P1 in particular looks to be a good choice...

Nikon Coolpix P1 Review | GadgetReview...The Nikon Coolpix P1’s good image quality offsets its novel but limited Wi-Fi capabilities...Sluggish performance; limited manual-exposure control; can’t e-mail images or post them to the Web via Wi-Fi...
