We have taken pictures indoors and outdoors and the quality is horrible...I would recommend this camera to my family and friends...If you buy this camera buy yourself an additional battery...

The Coolpix S60 has a 5x Zoom-Nikkor glass lens and combined with Nikon...S EXPEED image processor is optimized for the Coolpix S60 and ensure the quality of images with superb color...I wish it were faster on the focus - there is a pretty good delay between pushing the botton and the picture actually taking, which for me is frustrating...

check a couple of my vids for quality...but honestly people is this a good camera or not...The cool thing I like is that is it automatically turns the flash on or off when it is needed or not! I would hope you get it and good luck...
