Olevia 537H TV

Basically, I like the Olevia sets that I have seen but I do not understand the difference between the 537h and the 237v...I have gone to the Olevia web site but I have not been able to discern a difference between the 237v and the 537h beyond the positioning of the speakers...The 537h has some extra setup features that apparently are not available on the 237v...
