If the choice really is limited to the J10 and FE-20 my preference would be the FE-20 design, but that's just me, not any deep analysis...Olympus makes good dSLR's and Fuji made some good high-end compacts (F50, S6000) but that doesn't mean either of them make good budget camera's for < $200...ie, just because Fuji camera A is good doesn't mean...
