Who knows, if I get really good at this, I might even try my hand at indie filmmaking...The Sony HD-1000 and the Panasonic DVC-20 fit into my budget of about $2000CDN...I've looked at the specs for both, checked out the manufacturer's website for each...The Panasonic DVC-20 seems (unsuccessfully) to have aped the 'chain-saw' form factor seen in Canon's XL1 and XL2...
