I have just published a couple of test clips and stills from my Panasonic HDC-SD5...I borrowed friend's HV20 today and plan to go to a shop where I can test the HDC-SD5 and record some footage on the SD card to take home...Can anyone please provide some suggestions on which way to go...

The problem is that Premiere doesn't play well with consumer formats...MJPEG is not quite as good as Cineform in my opinion, but it still looks really great...I just tried it, and it worked fine...

This is a bit tricky situation as this camcorder only records in HD Mpeg 4 format...Use Windows DVD maker already installed on ur comp, for really good editing software use Ulead video suite available from Ulead...Panasonic HDC-SD5, how do i convert video to a useable file on PC...
