PANASONIC KX-TGA270 FORUMS & BLOGS

Shortly after I received the base unit, I received another additional handset, the KX-TGA270S, which I use as my office phone...Overall I'd give this phone about a 6 out of 10 - as much as I like most of the features, the battery life is so poor that I would not recommend it...

The battery strenght is very good...I recommend this if you need a standard everyday type handset for your busy family...They are difficult to find at good prices, but keep your eyes peeled for clearance pricing...

try to get the battery from battery outlet on ebay around $10.00 they will give you good talk time...the only draw back is the panasonic battery is no good...very durable good sound i have bought several of these over the past few years and used them in my home as well as business...

The phone has a great feature where numbers can be added to presets from the caller id log...The range on the phones is excellent, as I have 4 floors in my house, and the base is located in the top floor office...All you have to do is punch in the other phone's identity number to use the intercom...

I have (2) Panasonic 2-Line cordless phones and use them all the time in the home office...This is the recommended replacement for the older type 24 battery...It works as advertised and seems to be good...
