The PanasonicSA-HE200 was being closed out at Circuit City - I picked up an open box display system on the shelf for $239...Spend the extra cash (if necessary) for the SA-HE200 over the SA-HE100...By the way, I don't work for Panasonic, I just like the value and the functionality I get out of these produts...
For example, I use s-video from the "TV Monitor Out" to the TV...Don't reply, report it by clicking on the 'Report Post' icon...It is quite normal to use the same cable type (S-video or RCA) for a signal input and output...
This receiver is great and has served me well for the short time I had it...Can also meet in the Barrie Area or maybe I can ship anywhere in Canada but I'm not sure of the cost...I guess the pics tomorrow will tell us which it is...
i have the onkyo tx-sr600 and the panasonicSA-HE200...i know very little of panasonic receivers but i know it works in 6 ohms vs the onkyo at 8 ohms and its a 6.1 at 100 watt per channel on stereo mode and 130 watts in surround sound mode...i will only be using 5.1 surround, xbox360 for gaming and movies...
