But, I really wish they offered more flexibility with sub crossover frequency, which does not go lower than 80Hz even with XR700...I've read in many places that XR700 is pretty much the same as XR55 or XR57 regarding amp section...If one is to believe these manuals, a conclusion could be made that XR700 has beefier amp section...Panasonic has a lot of good things going...

Here are some specs I've obtained regarding receiver (SA-XR700...Extraordinary Image -- Panasonic's proprietary P4HD technology performs IP conversion at the pixel level for the finest details...I know these aren't the greatest speakers, but they aren't too bad...Therefore, I have been looking at this particular model-- the XR700...

To my surprise it didnt sound anywhere as good to me as my xr55 and I was very disappointed in the 605...Would the xr700(or possibly the xr57- i dont know what the differences are compared to the xr700) have sound comparable to my xr55 only with all the newer features like hdmi, pcm for hd audio,etc...i just purchased an xr700 to replace an xr55 i was using...the xr700 sounds...

thank you friends! It drives me crazy - but I just can't seem to get it to work...Thank you, Daniel, that's very kind! In the meantime, I have pulled a CCF file for a SA-XR45 from the file area, and it works mostly fine...I have taken out all links and jumps, and learned the command straight from the Panasonic remote...

My friend has also this sa-xr700 and connected two pair of Jamo BX200 in serial...I also have this sa-xr700 and i have connected a set of Klipsch F3 Bi-wired...
