When you say the X1 is not quite as good as the PX was...Maybe you and I are the lucky ones who got the only good sets...I only mentioned Vizio because cnet gave a vizio a good rating because it had accurate color because they were able to alter the red, green, and blue...

I did the recommended burn in process from avs forums about a hundred 100 hours and the recommended calibration...I know some of you only want reviews about the TV, however this review is for the bad experience I had buying it from Amazon...It has enough HDMI and other ports so thats a good thing...

Well, it's obvious from the responses here that NO has seen the new Panasonic TC-P50X1...This year's neo-PDP in the Panasonic TC-P50X1 looks grainy and shows lots of jagged edges as you would normally expect from a 50" 720p HDTV...I bought the Panasonic VIERA 50" 720p 600Hz Plasma HDTV TC-P50X1...

They weren't there on last years models, and I fear that 720P plasmas won't come back for an encore next year...3) picture - no corner-cutting, decreased manufacturing cost, zero QA standards BS like this diagonal line issue, and nothing too terrible in the imaging processing department...Not looking to win awards, but "good enough" and not too shabby...I'm doubtful any neo-PDP 1080P panel will be...
