I'm new to the forum and I was looking for opinions of the Pan.TH-42PX50U and the TH-42PHD7UY...I was hoping to get opinions/recommendations from people on this forum...PX50U's are really a good bang for your buck and if your gonna buy anything from Panasonic's Plasma make sure its the PX50U units...the 37-inch TH-37PX50U ($2,999 list), the 42-inch TH-42PX50U...

Really good bang for the buck...I'm just wondering if the new PX50U might use a similar screen and has a similarly good picture quality...I would imagine that the 50PHD8UY will sell for a good bit less than the PX50U but I don't know when it will be released...

I recently purchased my Panny TH-42PX50U Plasma TV and have been finding a lot of useful info from this form...Just wonding if the adjustments described to the picture setting should be done against the vivid (default picture setting) or to the cinema or standard setting...This link seems to be a common answer to the adjustments needed for this plasma TV...
