I was under the assumption Blu-ray doesn't support deep colour so its only games that may get the advantage...Just seem to have this bad cough...Don't think the extra £600 is really worth the better overall picture tho...

We've tested good LCDs versus Plasmas at work with uncompressed dual-HDSDI feeds - there is no question which is superior...LCDs might be good in gaming, but most of us also have a part in watching broadcasts and IMO thats where plasmas kick in...Overall I reckon plasma is brilliant for gaming...

the two I'm looking at are the Panasonic TH-42PZ700 and the TH-42PZ85...I know the PZ85 is the newer model, but I've read some great reviews of the PZ700...

Well i got my new bedroom tv friday, Panasonic TH-42PZ85U, and i figured i would give my thoughts on this tv...it's just a good looking tv in my opinion...the picture out of the box is fairly over saturated but with a few tweeks it look dam good...so far after a quick (self) calibration i'm very satisfied with my purchase...
