Read your owner's guide and use only what it recommends for cleaning, which will probably be a soft microfiber-type cloth period...After the first 100 hours, all is good...Check with each manufacturers recommendations as to the cleaning of the screen...

Of course everything goes off when I unplug the thing but I can't do that everyday...other then the obvious dissapointments you've experienced so far...how is it...It was awesome!!Soooooo having said all that the jury is still out but my hunch is that I will be a satisfied customer...
