Try the camera in one of the advanced modes - P,A or S would be best - and see if that activates the option...I have gone through all the menus looking for the option to turn it on...I have a PentaxK20D and in the Rec Mode Menu the Extended Bracket item is grayed out...
The K20D is based on the excellent K10D...I have been very happy with my new K10D, so I'm sure the K20D will not...be aggressive on pricing the K20D too...
Pentax KAF2, KAF, and KA (K mount, 35mm screwmount, 645/67 med format useable w/ adapter and/or restrictions...K20D body, USB Cable I-USB17, Video Cable I-VC28, Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery D-LI50, Battery Charge Cradle D-BC50, AC Plug Cord, Strap O-ST53, Hotshoe Cover FK, Eyecup FP, Body Mount Cover, Finder Cap for ME, Focusing Screen LF-80 Frame Matte, Bottom Cap K10D, Software CD-ROM...
PentaxK20D is coming and according to sources will be on display at the PMA 2008 show...The Pentaxk20D has a 14 megapixel Pentax proprietary cmos sensor, 3 inch screen of the same type seen on Nikon models, live view, revamped anti shake, and it also seems a new file format in addition to the PEF, DNG and jpeg presently in the K10D...The sensor itself is stirring...
Surfing around some more, I found that the K20D had a 14.5MP CMOS sensor, in-body shake-reduction, Live View (although kinda' crippled, or as an afterthought), but went to ISO 6400, etc...Did a little more shopping, and found it for $699 with the DA 18-55 AL II lens at Adorama.com, and that pushed me over the edge - ordered on 12/14, arrived 12/19...The info button is a nice one-push info...
