It may seem that I've only been critical here, but I bought the player for £100 in June 2004 and it was good value at that price then...The random play feature is not as good as I would like...Battery life's not bad, but as the rechargeable battery is built-in, you'll need to take the charger with you any time you're away from home...

I would not advise anyone to purchase the Philips GoGear HDD060...I bought my Philips Go Gear HDD060 at Walmart just after Christmas and a few weeks later it froze up...
