I just got my Philips HDD082/07 and I got the one disk to install the philips device manager and thats on and my problem right now is that it will not let me download my music files to the mp3 player...If the volume mysteriously goes up and down, the main board is bad...Second, you have to go to the Philips.com/support site and ensure you have the latest Device Manager 5.4.
