I have a problem with PhilipsHdd1620 not being detected by Device manager utility...After I connect it , computer finds a HDD14xx hardware , but after I start the Philips Device manager there is no selection in Device Colon, its blank and I need the function Repair to restore the devices firmware...I personally think its rubish because the signal passes through the cabel fine...
