i have about 7 of them on my x5L...The only good thing Palm ever did was their last OS, which actutally is usable and doesn't have a crap os...not a bad looking device and 8gb of space and I think a card slot I like it...

I'd like to take a look at the problem you are encountering...But then I had a mixup with upgrading Rhapsody, (I had my rhapsody account through Optimum online, did an upgrade, ended up creating another account for just plain rhapsody, which got canceleld, my licenses are screwed up and now Windows Media Player sees most of the tracks as non-transferable...I also had problem renewing the license on...

I saw the hdd6330 and decided to look at reviews...I would recommend syncing it manually to begin with...But overall, this is definitely an extremely great buy...Eventually I decided that since all the Ipod really has over this is video but the battery life is so bad with video on the Ipod its kinda pointless...Since the firmware upgrades, the HDD6330 has performed exactly how I hoped...

The HDD6330 is the first mp3 player I've owned and it suits my needs perfectly...Overall I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone who wants to carry along music and pictures but don't have a need for the video playback...Philips Gogear HDD6330 could have been a strong contender against iPod and Creative...The voice recorder is good at close distance...
